A scan keeps only what the provider returned while it ran. It is never a complete record of every mention of your brand online.
Partial stays partial
A budget ceiling or provider interruption can still leave useful retained rows. We keep that evidence and disclose the interruption rather than inventing a more specific stopped stage.
