Client reports

Send the client a report, not a login .

Your company name, accent colour, and logo on a PDF built from stored snapshots. Schedule it weekly or monthly, or share a revocable read-only link.

Compose, schedule, share

Three ways to hand over the same stored evidence.

Everything is composed from snapshots the product already holds — no report triggers a vendor request.

Branded PDF

The latest audit, rank, and Search Console sections with your company name, accent colour, and uploaded logo.

Scheduled delivery

Weekly or monthly email delivery to the recipients you list, with a per-recipient log of what was sent and what bounced.

Revocable portal link

A read-only URL your client opens without an account, which stops working the moment you revoke it.

Dated figures

Every number is printed beside the date it was observed, so a report that arrives late is never mistaken for today's position.

Product truth

Stored snapshots, printed with their dates.

This illustrative frame mirrors normalized output. It is not a live re-check.

How it runs

Own-infrastructure only, bounded by structure.

Cadence, source, and structural limits stay visible beside every schedule.

Weekly or monthly

You choose the cadence per schedule. A schedule that fails to deliver records the failure rather than silently skipping.

Stored snapshots

Composition reads data already captured for the site. No report costs a vendor unit or moves a usage counter.

Structural limits

Your plan caps how many schedules and portal links an account may hold; both counts come from the plan catalog, not from this page.

What we don't do

Three things this feature will never claim.

Every limit below is enforced in the product, not written on a disclaimer page.

Honest limit

No fresh data at send time

Reports are composed from stored snapshots only — no vendor request, no metered unit — and each figure is printed beside the date it was observed rather than presented as current.

Honest limit

The portal is a link, not an account

A portal link is revocable, expiring after 90 days by default, and read-only. There are no logins, no comments, and no client seats, and revocation takes effect on the next request.

Honest limit

Agency only, and not everything is in it

Reports, schedules, and portals are an Agency capability bounded by the plan's schedule and portal limits. Content briefs are not included in the first version of the report.

Every limit below is enforced by the product, not a disclaimer.

For agencies

Hand over the evidence, keep the login.
