Client reports and portal
How white-label PDF reports are composed from stored snapshots, how schedules deliver, and what a revocable portal link is and is not.
Client reports and portal
Client reports turn stored audit, rank, and Search Console snapshots into a branded PDF you can send on a schedule or share through a read-only link.
<!-- docs-truth: metric=none; unit=none-composed-from-stored-snapshots; cache-hits=not-applicable; refund=not-applicable; cadence=weekly-or-monthly; estimates=first-party-snapshots -->What a report contains
A report combines the latest audit findings, rank sections, and Search Console sections under your account company name, accent colour, and logo.
Every figure is printed beside the date it was observed, because a report is composed from stored snapshots rather than from fresh requests made at send time.
Schedules and delivery
Schedules deliver weekly or monthly by email. Each recipient gets an entry in the delivery log recorded as pending, sent, failed, or suppressed.
Composing and sending a report makes no vendor request and consumes no metered unit — the cost is our own infrastructure, so it is bounded by structural limits instead.
The client portal link
A portal link is a revocable, expiring, read-only URL. There is no login, no comments, and no client seats — anyone with the link reads the report as published.
Revocation takes effect on the next request, so a revoked link stops working immediately for anyone who has not already loaded the page.
Honest limits
Client reports are an Agency capability. Structural limits allow 20 schedules and 25 portal links.
Content briefs are not part of v1 reports. A report never fetches anything new, so a section with no stored snapshot is shown as not yet observed rather than estimated.
For units and plan limits, see Pricing.
