Getting started
Welcome. RankMeFast watches how well your site attracts visitors from Google — and, increasingly, from AI assistants. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first report.
1. Create an account
Sign up with email or Google. If you use email, click the verification link we send. It expires after 24 hours; check spam if it does not arrive in two minutes.
2. Add your site
Enter the full URL including https://. We only accept public URLs that respond, and we normalise to the scheme + host (paths and query strings are dropped). Local addresses like localhost or IP addresses are rejected.
3. Run your first audit
Click Run audit. The audit takes 1–3 minutes: we crawl a small set of your pages, check technical signals, and score field/lab performance. Free accounts get one full audit at sign-up; paid accounts get several per month (see Plans, limits & credits).
4. Read the three tabs
- Fix now — the problems Google reacts to fastest. Do these first.
- Watch — smaller issues or checks where we do not have enough data yet.
- Passed — everything your site cleared.
Each row explains why the problem matters, which page it was found on, and the exact fix. Full walkthrough: Reading your audit report.
5. Optional but recommended
- Connect Google Search Console so RankMeFast can tell whether your pages are indexed and whether rich results appear. See Connecting Google Search Console.
- Add a handful of keywords to track (in the site view) so you can watch positions over time. See Rank tracking.
