Audience Research

Turn topics, competitors, and a market into audience segments from public evidence.

Audience Research

Audience Research turns your market, a few seed topics, and optional competitor domains into audience segments — built only from public evidence.

What you provide

  • Your site's market (country and language).
  • Up to ten seed topics you want to explore.
  • Up to five competitor domains (optional).

Preview before you spend

The preview shows what a run will use and how many runs you have left this month. It reserves nothing — previewing is always free.

What a run costs

One run consumes one audience_research_runs unit, no matter how many pages it reads inside. Monthly runs per plan: Free 0, Starter 2, Pro 10, Agency 30. There is no credit pack for this metric — at the cap, wait for the monthly reset or upgrade.

Starting the identical run twice does not charge twice — the second start returns the run already in flight. A later fresh run is a new run and uses a new unit.

A fixed per-run cost ceiling

Every run has a fixed per-run cost ceiling, with a stricter inner ceiling for the AI clustering step. A run that reaches the ceiling stops early and keeps the evidence it already collected — the result is labeled partial results, never silently truncated.

How pages are selected

Selection is deterministic — the same inputs pick the same public pages. We rank candidates by topic relevance, then search position, then recency, and spread picks across source types and domains so no single site can dominate the evidence.

Run states

A run moves through queued → discovering → selecting → collecting → clustering and ends as completed, partial results, or failed.

Refunds

A unit is returned exactly once, and only when a run fails with no usable public evidence at all. A completed or partial run keeps its unit — partial evidence is still evidence.

Nothing is published

Results are for your account only. A run never publishes, posts, or shares anything anywhere.

Where results go

Signals you accept appear in Next Actions and can create Content Intelligence briefs. Nothing moves without your decision.
