Account and billing
Enterprise plans
How enterprise agreements work: custom usage limits, negotiated pricing, seats, and billing options.
Enterprise plans
Most organizations are served well by a published plan. When one is not — because you need higher usage limits, more seats, or a billing arrangement that fits your procurement process — we agree an enterprise plan with you directly.
There is no self-serve enterprise signup. The flow is: you tell us what you need, we work out an agreement, and we activate it on your account.
How to start
Fill in the form on the enterprise page. Tell us your organization, roughly how much you expect to use each month, and how many people need access. We will come back to you to work through the details.
What an agreement sets
An agreement records four things for your organization.
<!-- generated: finite-enterprise-limits:start -->Usage limits. Enterprise starts with 100 live sites and the finite baseline shown in the plan catalog. Every saved override is finite. A limit left out of the agreement keeps its Enterprise baseline, while higher caps can be agreed within the validation ceiling for that metric.
<!-- generated: finite-enterprise-limits:end -->Price. There is no published enterprise price. We work out what your limits cost us to serve, then agree a monthly figure with you.
<!-- generated: finite-enterprise-seats:start -->Seats. Enterprise starts with 25 seats. An agreement can set a higher finite count, up to 250. See Team & invites for how occupied and pending seats work.
<!-- generated: finite-enterprise-seats:end -->Billing. Either we invoice you outside the app on your own terms, or we set up a private plan you can pay for in the app like any other subscription.
Annual contracts
If you contract annually, we record the monthly equivalent (the annual figure divided by twelve) on your agreement. Your invoice still follows whatever schedule we agreed.
Changing your limits
Ask us. We update the agreement and the new limits apply from the next request — there is no waiting period and no need to re-subscribe.
If an agreement is paused
An agreement can be suspended, for example while a renewal is being sorted out. While it is suspended your account falls back to the standard Agency-plan allowances rather than losing access. Your data is untouched. When we reactivate the agreement your negotiated limits come straight back.
Questions
Can I sign up for an enterprise plan myself? No. Enterprise limits and pricing are agreed per organization, so an admin activates the agreement after we have spoken.
Do credit packs still work? Yes. Packs top up a limit the same way they do on any paid plan.
What happens if I delete my account? Your agreement and any enquiries you sent us are deleted with it. See Your data & privacy.
