RankMeFast sells you a monthly allowance of SEO checks. Starter and Pro for founders and teams; Agency for client work.

Fixed or custom

The published plans below have fixed prices and limits. The custom builder prices a server-validated mix of finite allowances, live slots, feature switches, and rank cadence. Its yearly discount is calculated against the matching current monthly quote, so it can be lower than 20%, zero, or unavailable when the cost floor requires it. Quotes last 30 minutes and checkout appears only for a verified owner when payment and pricing evidence are ready. Taxes are added by Polar at checkout. What we count

Every plan meters the same units:

• Audit — one full audit run over a site.
• Audit page — one page inside that run (crawl budget).
• Tracked keyword — one keyword you keep watching.
• Rank check — one SERP fetch for a tracked keyword; the weekly sweep and every manual re-check count.
• Keyword lookup — one site-keyword discovery request or one read from the full keyword-research panel. Discovery answered from your own Search Console data costs nothing.
• Backlink row — one row on the backlink list.
• AI summary: one plain-language recap of the fix-now list from the configured AI provider.
• Competitor lookup — one competitor list or intersection call.

Cached results still count as one check. Caching is how we keep vendor costs (and your price) down; a check is still a check.

Monthly keyword lookups are 20 Starter / 50 Pro / 100 Agency. Site discovery is included on every plan; full keyword research remains Pro and Agency.

Competitor Intelligence starts on Pro. A landscape uses one keyword lookup for each selected competitor, up to three on Pro and ten on Agency. An optional competitor discovery refresh uses one more keyword lookup after a separate confirmation. Agency ranking-page content comparison uses the separate competitor_content_runs allowance. New intelligence units

• Keyword Trends exploration — one confirmed exploration of up to five phrases.
• Traffic Insights snapshot — one confirmed target domain.
• Link Intelligence check — one deep pull, or one unit for each competitor in a link-gap run.
• Review Intelligence sync — one whole sync of one to three configured sources.
• Brand Radar scan — one brand query; its cited digest is included.

These five features run on demand, not as continuous monitoring. Cache hits count, and successful empty results count. A reserved unit is returned exactly once only when the feature's source fails before it retains any usable evidence; each guide explains the narrower multi-part rule. Brand Radar always makes a fresh fetch for the site you started it from rather than sharing mention rows between accounts.

Brand Radar add-on and intelligence packs

The optional Brand Radar add-on is available on Pro and Agency. It adds 60 scans each month for $19/month. Agency already includes 20 monthly scans; Pro needs the add-on to start scanning.

One-time intelligence packs stay on your balance until used:

• 40 Brand Radar scans for $29.
• 50 Link Intelligence checks for $19.
• 50 Review Intelligence syncs for $19.
• 100 Traffic Insights snapshots for $19.
• 200 Keyword Trends explorations for $19.

What happens at a cap

1. The app warns you before you hit a cap.
2. New requests hard-stop at the cap. Nothing is billed beyond the ceiling.
3. Three ways out: wait for the monthly reset, buy a credit pack (+80 keyword lookups for $19, or +5 audits for $29 — one-time, never expire), or upgrade your plan.

The keyword pack is the keywords-1k pack: +80 keyword_lookups for $19, one-time. It tops up keyword gap, overview, and trends reads when your monthly allowance runs out. Audience Research runs have no credit pack — upgrade or wait for the reset.

Yearly billing

Published fixed plans give you two months free, which is 20% off 12 monthly payments. A custom plan shows its effective discount, which may be smaller or unavailable. You can request an interval change from billing, but your paid period stays unchanged and the new interval starts only after a fresh checkout at the period boundary.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing page. No calls and no retention gauntlet. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period. Your audits and rank history then remain read-only for 30 days. Refund requests follow the terms shown at checkout.
