Rank tracking watches where your pages appear on Google for the keywords that matter to you.

Adding keywords

Open the site view and use Add keyword. Type the phrase you want to track. RankMeFast checks it against your keyword cap (see Plans, limits & credits) and refuses duplicates.

Reading positions

• Position — the rank of your best-ranking page for that keyword. Position 1 means the top blue link. "Not in top 100" means we searched but did not find you in the first hundred results.
• Delta — the change since last check. -3 means you moved up three positions; +5 means you slipped five.
• Last checked — how recently the position was measured. Weekly checks land once a week; daily checks land every day.

Weekly vs daily

Every plan gets weekly checks bundled. Daily checks are a paid add-on — they are more expensive to run because they hit Google’s SERP much more often.

Trend chart

Selecting a keyword shows a trend of your position over time. A rising line is bad (higher number = worse rank); a falling line is good. Under the chart is an accessible data table with the same numbers.

"Unavailable" checks

Sometimes a check comes back as unavailable. The most common reasons:

• Our SERP provider’s quota is exhausted for the day.
• The keyword returns a SERP feature we do not measure (news carousel only, for instance).
• Google served a captcha and we could not verify the result. Unavailable checks do not consume credit and are retried on the next scheduled run.

Cap reached

Every plan has a keyword cap. When you hit it, the Add form is replaced with a notice pointing you to upgrade. Existing keywords keep running.
